Just use tractors you're already using fuel powered engines to run the equipment so what is the point of using horses?? Makes no sense

Big hayfields worked with horses, it is doable and the Amish do it on their profitable farms.

Using horses certainly provides a much better experience than pumping gas into a tank and turning a key.
