People aren't licking their car seats lol 😂 no BUTTTT the babies sitting in them ABSORB these toxic chemicals right through their SKIN. Our skin is our LARGEST organ! I fear forever chemicals are in EVERYTHING. From toothpaste, to water, food, and ALL ELSE that we "come in contact with" like obviously clothing, shoes, blankets, rugs, towels, and the list goes on and on and on!!😡😭

O had diabetic neuropathy. It kept expandingcup to my high thighs. I was at heaavy shocks 26 times nightly. No relief. My guardian angel suggested a dropper of iodine. I did a 10 day challenge. A dropper full daily. Lugols, then later qgite iodine. Day 4 a 30% decrease in painful shocks. Day 10 the neuropathy was at zero. Then i followed with using it only when i started symptoms. So 4 days a week first 2 years. At year 5, i was only doing it 4X monthly, but still a dropper. I will alter my dose now. I had read the warnings on it causing a worsening of my thyroid, but it helped mine.

THANK YOU! About the salt-iodine info! There's so little information about iodine intolerance and hyperthyroidism. Everything is about hypothyroidism. And everything is very conflicting info from the doctors. And I want to know the how's ands the why's!
I can't tolerate Iodine.. my heart starts to race like crazy from it.. but only heard conflicting info about taking it or not.. I can't take it on my skin because it burns. Which made me cautious to drink it too. So I started taking kelp tabs that doesn't affect me as much as the Lugol's. Because I still believe somehow that I do need the iodine. The doctors say its all in my head even though the test results came out positive. Because I stopped taking iodine for the next test and the results came out negative (because of the iodine) I couldn't even take chlorella or stinging nettles.
I have also been exposed to mold that made me very sick. Så I think my body has been over loaded with toxins. That's why the reaction to iodine.
But since starting kelp and with time.. it has become better! I can take chlorella and stinging nettles again without no problem. I can still get the heart palpitations. But not as severe and not so often. But going to try iodine with salt. I do it in the afternoon because I don't want it to interfere with methylene blue that is good to take in the morning because it gives me energy. I stating to get my life back!
I also now know how to relate to flaxseed that also had tons of conflicting info about estrogen. Iodine is highly needed for the estrogen functioning. While it's said that flaxseed balances the estrogen. I think I'm going to be more cautious with flaxseeds.

Seashore mist and air include enough iodine, and it has replenishing effect to people live away from sea. Thus, a relatively long summer vacation in shore area is replenishing for body. By both direct contact with sea water and through lungs.

This helps me to understand why I had thyroid problems as a teenager. As a child we lived on an island. We swam and played in the ocean, we ate seafood every day, we also drank some tea but as a treat. Later I lived inland, seaweed and seafood wasn’t very available, I had lots of hormone problems, low thyroid, very high estrogen, PCOS, severe endometriosis, total hysterectomy at 24 to prevent the spread to my liver and kidneys. My uterus ruptured and I was bleeding out. I’m very thankful to God that I’m still alive. Now I thought I was getting dementia and was extremely tired and cold. Now I’m taking iodine 3 drops a day, eggs, cheese and fish. I feel so much better. 😊

There's too much to know about health nowadays! I just saw another knowledgeable health specialist state that fluoride can help reverse cavities. Mind you, she didn't say to ingest the flouride, just do mouth rinse and tooth brushing. She said certain types of flouride are better than others.

God-Allah save us all!

I would really like to know if iodine is recommended for hyperthyroidism as I didn't hear this mentioned in the interview. I have a rapid heartbeat, body is hot but temperature low in the morning. It is not clear whether iodine would be counterproductive in my case. Does iodine balance and heal the thyroid for hypo and hyper?

I do limited listening to doctors. I research EVERYTHING myself, then proceed. This doctor is rare and a gem 💎. Thx from an RN 33years and have always practiced holistically. I grew up in Nova Scotia; I spent my youth on the Fundy shore. We basically lived off the land. We ate fish, both salt and fresh water. We dug clams, harvisted snails and mussels. We ate veggies grown in our gardens. One thing we always had with us, was a handful of Dulse. Dulse can only be harvested at the lowest tide of the month. We would pick it, dry it on the beach, seal it in bags, and eat it whenever we felt the need. It smelled and tastes like the ocean. Nothing tastes like fresh, well-cured dulse. My point being, Dulse, on average, has an iodine content of mcg/100g7000. Most health food stores offer it..
