ОтветитьWell, yeah, because the majority of the world is lactose intolerant, of course they process most of the lactose out via fermentation.
However, in Europe it's quite different as the majority of the population is lactose tolerant. This signifies that drinking unprocessed milk is ancestral to Europeans.
Good takeaway: if you are lactose tolerant, drink milk. If you aren't process your milk beforehand because your body and your genetics need the extra help.
Nutritional advice cannot be generalized. The idea that it can is truly the greatest failure of every single dietary ideology.
The most generalized food advice that should ever be given is don't eat ultra processed foods, eat whole food (that YOUR BODY can habdle properly!).
Please tell us exactly what stores would sell non-homogenized milk? I have never ever seen that anywhere, even in tony health food stores and chains -- give us a brand name and where we can buy it. I also wouldn't demonize pasteurized milk, it is still very nutritious and avoids any risk of severe gut or colon damage.

Terrain Theory= Change the water.
On his death bed, Pasteur admitted that BeChamp was indeed correct on Terrain theory. But the powers that be, who think they run the world, decided that money could be made, hand over fist, with the implementation of germ theory. And that my friends is how our sick care, I mean modern day medicine was born.

Give up plain milk. Raw included.

ОтветитьI buy raw milk ,butter and eggs from a small local farm. I make kefir and L rueteri yogurt. I only consume raw milk that is fermented. I have no problem digesting raw fermented dairy or other diary side effects.
