I live on a very lovely street in the middle of a terrible neighborhood. If I go to the top of my street there are homeless people all over. None of them look as bad as the women in those ads! Designers are nuts!

Oh Kathy, Smokey Roach sounds like a cool name for your car, Lol! As far as your hand pictures go, I thought your "after" pictures did show more hydration, but could the same effects be obtained from just moisturizing your hands on a regular basis with a good drugstore lotion? I don't know the cost of the the Hand MD but if it is comparable to other moisturizers it might be worth trying. I wish we had a Trader Joe's nearby- that Honey Crisp Apple candle sounds wonderful! Hope your Fall is a happy one!

Trader Joes is on my route tomorrow so thanks for the candle recommendation. Today I got (believe it!) a Glade Candle -- it is an autumn smell and you cannot tell the difference between the Glade candle and aYankee candle or something similar!

Hi Kathy, i have been using coconut oil as a makeup remover. Then i use a hydrating cleanser from Aldi thats less than $3 and its comparable to the CereVe Hydrating cleanser. This method has really worked for my aging skin, and its cheap!

I exfoliate my hands with a physical exfoliant, rinse, pat dry then rub marula oil on them well, then coat with pure lanolin ( lanscome ?) nipple ointment.. Every night. Works great. Always sunblock on them love Japanese made Nivea sun block milk

Good grief! never, ever drink apple cider vinegar straight it really will burn your throat- literally. People end up in the ER from doing that. It also can affect the enamel on your teeth. Just mix a TBSP in a glass of ice tea or other drink. You car is fab. My friend named her car Tawanda Honda.Thanks for the reviews!

Well I'm glad I didn't buy that brush cleaner at the Marshalls LOL I make my own Apple Cider drink...have for years because there is no way I could shoot vinegar LOL I got the HandMD too and will be covering it in an empties video since I'm done with it now ;)

Apparently the Chicago suburbs must not care too much about the environment because most use the paper bags provided! In the city proper I have a feeling you are right, it would be a walk of shame to not bring your own bag! I have double cleansed for years because SPF, which I have used for years and applied heavily, is best completely removed with oil. I have not even thought to try the Traders Joe version. Adding to list. I picked up my first Profusion products last week but have not used them yet. Bummer about the NYX foundation, it's one of my very favorites for my very oily skin. As a matter of fact, I had an "event" earlier today and of all my foundation, I chose the NYX Won't Stop Don't Stop. Cheers, Lulu

Oh my gosh the wine wipes are the best! And just FYI, ELF. actually makes a small tube of liquid lipstick remover. It is cheap, it is clear, and it actually has a sweet taste. And it will dissolve liquid lipstick in a heartbeat. I will use that if I'm sitting at my vanity but I will use the wine wipe if I am out and about somewhere like at a restaurant of course.

Oh my goodness Kathy, save your money on that contour thing from Charlotte Tillbury. You must try NYX blush in the shade Taupe! It is the perfect shadow color and it's just a few bucks

I gotta tell you Kathy, I won a giveaway back when you were downsizing. I've been enjoying so many of the items. One of my top favorites has been the Marc Jacobs 'Wild One ' eyeshadow palette. The formula is phenomenal, blend beautifully and I always look great! It's one of those formulas you can't mess up. I must use the palette at LEAST twice a week! Love ya!
