I think the most impressive thing about this video was Ola's guitar. I would love to have an Axe.. not gonna lie.. But I have a Helix and it really is great and "enough: if there is such a thing for tweakers. {electronic, not chemical} JS.

Yeah, a little pity that this "excellent era" didn't came 30 years earlier when as an teenager I wanted to learn guitar, maybe I could be a guitar player then, instead IT guy.
30 years ago I had a guitar built myself out of pine board and old-found-somewhere neck, connected to my old gramophone.

Unfortunately, I just didn’t get this at all. The drives just didn’t sound that good , and the cost ? I’ve heard better. Very disappointing.

No other modeler even comes close to an FXIII/FM3. There really do sound and feel like an amp and the FX are fucking sick!!!

Am I the only one who thinks this tone does not sound good at all? :| Super fizzy, and there's like this low mid fluff that I can't stand.

Crimson don’t chug.
They went beyond chug.
Nothing cheugy, boogie or Moogie.
Just pure Class A white hole emissions.
I’d love to hear you play some Crimson Ola.
There’s just not enough Crimson to keep the snarling crapoozing Overlords pacified.

Very nice sound but so complicated to use. Really not usable if you dont decide to study for 48 hours...

This thing sounds pretty good for a VCR.

This is great for people that have a diverse taste in bands and wanna get all the little quirky effects and tones without buying a billion amps.

An immediate difference between this and all the plugin amp sims and FX, is that this sounds tube-y - or just like a guitar into a real amp and speakers. Whereas, even the more recent plugins have that digital, harsh-edged, nasty zing sound which is not pleasant at all - it hurts my ears. Yes, making adjustments to EQ (plugins and on the guitar) can go some way towards taming the zing, but it seems that the makers of guitary plugins don't have the ears or experience needed to understand how what they're creating misses the mark so widely.
This sounds really sweet.

So until I get rich from all the music I'm playing and buy something like that, can I test out the patches on the PC with a mortal grade audio interface?

Got to have the sustainiac switch, to make it sound completely accurate synyster isn't just a player he's also a technical genius. I think it sounds good on your guitar but it's better with the sustainiac switch just being honest.

Sick and tired of chasing down good tubes for my Mesa boogie dual rectifier roadster might have to switch to this.
