G Fuel - A Dishonest and Dangerous Scam

I've been feeding my 2 year old with g fuel and she loves it

100% agree I got a tub of gfuel when I was 11 didn’t know it had Caffeine In it I’ll I knew I would be better at fortnite if I drank it now I have a caffeine addiction

I thought this was going to be about how g-fuel has dangerous amounts of caffeine and other chemicals. But turns out it's just a regular energy drink. I agree it's evil to market it to children. However I think a lot of energy drinks want children/teens to be consuming their product. Caffeine is addictive after all. And just like cigarettes, "get em while their young".

Okay so it looks like that G fuel changed their labeling since this video.

Objectively, what would be a better alternative health wise and ingredients wise?

What do you recommend for an energy drink for an exhausted 40 something year old?

I only have one serving of g fuel a day. It tastes delicious and that’s the main reason I buy it.

I did however try one can of Alana Nu which has 200mg of caffeine and that was the worst experience of my life… I had a headache and felt really faint.

I normally don’t like energy drinks and if I’m not drinking g fuel, I’m drinking tea. So hopefully it’s not gonna kill me anytime soon :’)

You didnt take in consideration the synergic effects on some of the components when analyzing the minimum effect dosage concept

I haven't watched the video yet but I'm guessing the topic is on the amount of caffeine in these gamer energy drinks. I know people who will have 3 4 even 5 water bottles of the stuff a day. That's like drinking 2 bang energy drinks where your skin will start to crawl and definitely isn't good for your heart. If you like the flavor of this stuff get the caffeine free products

Absolutely. Im just a dude that's a student in his mid 20s looking for cheaper forms of of caffeine and have only just now given gfuel a try. Good flavor with the sonic peach one i just tried.

But yeah, some of that marketing is egregious and unsafe. I haven't thought about it because i figured it was common sense and common knowledge not to give kids caffeine, but how foolish of me, of kids it's gonna attract kids, especially with their favorite content creators! Like, c'mon, man. Parents should also monitor that caffeine intake too. 😅 😟😮‍💨

Will say this. Never drank it for energy . I have pre workout for that. But every once in a while once water starts to become bland a cup or 2 of this powdered hell isn’t all that bad

The one thing your science fails to realize is that micro dosing actually has huge effects… so it doesnt really matter that whatever is under the effective dosage. In fact it could be argued that micro dosing has better effects than effective dosing there is alot of new studies on this.

Caffeine supplement and orange juice is not cheaper than gfuel btw. I agree with multiple points you've made but I can't let that 1 miniscule thing slide lol

So it’s basically trash?? So many people saying they drink it because it tastes good not for the caffeine, so then why buy it??? It’s about $45 shipping&tax included for 40 servings. There’s so many powdered drinks/teas/gatorades at Walmart etc for about $15 for 40-60 servings?? I’m sure powdered Gfuel can’t possibly taste better than powdered Gatorade/Teas?

its actually great i hate making coffee and i used to drink 12 c ups of coffee everymorning before work but made it cold to chug fast i just take 1 scoop of gfuel per day and for un der 2 dollars a hit its really nice, somedays i just want half a scoop some days i take days off, and it beats buying 3 dollar cans of energy drinks i also have hypothyroidism and hate taking a pill or i got rid of the prescription and just dosed a couple drops of liquid iodine every morning in a beer to keep my thyroid levels in order and it actually workedf great, but now, all i needf is a gfuel per day and i am a very naturally fatigued person so gfuel is my daily thing really i aprecciate it the l thyrosin keeps my thyroid levels up i dont need pills from doctor anymore

I drink it in the past ik prime is bad just drink it 1 time but is gfuel bad to well than i stick to coffe with milk and cola sometimes lol

For me, i really only drink it because theres caffiene and its way cheaper than buying a monster every day. While yes it is very disingenuous marketing, i think pretty much anyone would be smart enough to see it as just marketing anyways. Also, when it comes to children consuming gfuel or caffiene in general, thats really up to the parents to look into what theyre giving to their kids.
