but i rotate the kettlebell inwards as I press

ОтветитьHey Coach Louka, greetings from Melbourne, Australia. I love your videos. But tell me, for workout A (floor press + deadlift), do I complete the floor press sets before starting the deadlift, or do I superset them (eg/ FP left arm, FP right arm, deadlift, FP la, FP ra, deadlift , .......) ?

ОтветитьHello Coach can you explain superset ? Does this mean doing the deadlift and floor press (both sides ) 3-5 reps 1 set stop rest and then repeat?
