ОтветитьShe is 100% right
ОтветитьThat isn’t the case. They have good service.. maybe it’s the discount she wanted?
ОтветитьHello! ❤
ОтветитьYes !! Got to make appointment now just to get into store and if I go it's a 2 hour drive to the nearest store.
ОтветитьAnd Pharrell Williams sucks!!! 🙌
ОтветитьShe's not lying
ОтветитьWas she speaking English?
ОтветитьI worked in the Accessories Department at I.Magnin (I.Magnin originated in San Francisco. By the 1960s there were several stores in California. It was the size of a department store. But it didn’t sell appliances, kitchen supplies, or furniture. I.Magnin was nicer than the Saks Fifth Avenue or Neiman Marcus stores in San Francisco. It had a Chanel Boutique and Yves Saint Laurent Boutique in the store. Plus it sold Louis Vuitton and Gucci) If I saw people heading towards the Louis Vuitton section, I ran over to help them. I worked on commission and I was more than happy to help customers. I also was told by my mom to never judge a book by its cover. She gave me the example of a woman in Dallas, Texas who went to Neiman Marcus wearing jeans and cowboy boots. The sales people were incredibly rude to her. It turned out her husband was an oil tycoon and extremely wealthy. Her husband called the higher ups at Neiman Marcus was extremely unhappy. I was helping a woman once who looked like a Bag Lady. I was showing her the St. John costume jewelry. She decided to buy some and pulled out a Black I.Magnin credit card. Black Cards were for customers who spent $10,000 or more at Magnins. As I was ringing her up a number of other sales people came up and said, “Hi” to her. I’m not a snotty, rude person and treated every customer or browser nicely. But I can only imagine if someone was rude to her because they thought she couldn’t afford it. It’s ridiculous that LV Boutique salespeople are seemingly rude to customers. I’m sure LV loses tens-hundreds of thousands of pounds in sales because of this.
ОтветитьHi love what your doing making people happy because I know for me if I can find something that was preloved it has amazing history makes me very excited and I walk down the street very proud ⭐️🙌👑😍❤️
ОтветитьI agree with her. I live in Bangkok now and it's THE worst service ever! They treat people as if they are nothing and they don't go above and beyond to help you at all, they just give you a blank stare. What's even worse is at the flagship store in Paris they don't even try to get to know you. They just chaperone you through the store and hope you buy something. Now, FENDI is a brand that I stand by. (would love to see you tear some of their purses apart - I would def cry). The service, level of knowledge, and quality are outstanding and they are the only ones that do not make garbage for outlet stores. I never thought about buying preloved before because they usually don't have the latest stock. Thanks so. much for sharing this, I love your channel!!!
ОтветитьClickbait 😂 Cheap marketing, it is very easy to tell that this is your other staff member who speaks exactly this way
ОтветитьThat’s why every time I go to Europe I look for vintage Gucci it’s so much better
Ответить£6k on second or third hand items I don’t get it
