jiu jitsu is such a fascinating craft... I've only been in for a few months, and watching my instructor and the experienced guys move on the mat is something else. I remember when we were taught breathing control whilst on top, a simple change to raised toes makes you so much more heavier, and timing your breathing with your opponents and taking their breathing capacity with your weight.. crazy!! It really is chess with human bodies
