ОтветитьI really love this exercise. I have been doing this workout for 3 months and trying to eat healthy i got weight-loss results Thanks to this workout i LOVE exercising. It's great and not to long best workout ever i can feel ny heart raising and won't do other exercises.
ОтветитьHello! I started this weight loss training, but I found a wonderful result! The muscles of the neck and back stopped hurting and the herds were more mobile, the shoulder blades melted. My masseur says the muscles on my arms haven't gotten as clogged and more flexible! Thank you very much!
