Asking the cop why he didn't 'intervene' is not reasonable. At the end of the day he's not going to contradict the other officers, even if they were stretching the gambit of their powers somewhat. Police don't do that, they have to present somewhat of a unified front to the general public. So that's just not going to happen unless the infraction is really obvious and blatant and all information is known then maybe a cop could make that decision for the benefit of his colleagues as well. But otherwise, that's just an impractical request. Particularly in this very anti police climate in this country.

It’s obvious that the first cop didn’t know you was filming him. But as soon as you pointed out that everything was being filmed, he changed his tune and to cool things down. He went and investigated the traffic warden to see what kind of proof that are, which was none? It was only what he had made up about you following him into the toilets they was after an arrest.

I think officer addidas is actually a good guy having a bad day. This incident will make or break him though. All depends on how self critical he is about it and can learn from it positively. Gotta leave that ego in the locker room. I think he was quite funny at the start. He needs to learn from it, own it and preach it to his colleagues.

9.05 A bit of a contradiction arguing that the push-bikes have been left unattended but the van with an engine running had not been.
I once witnessed a man on a site get crushed against a wall by an unattended dumper that managed to somehow shake itself into gear.
