When I lived in colorado I enjoyed those noon starts because the game was over by one mountain time and I had five hours to hike or do what I wanted after the game..

It's way worse than points shaving because most of the time point shaving doesn't affect the outcome of the game. It only affects the point spread for gambling purposes.
