At TEDxSPbU conference Victoria will talk about how a phone call can make you acquainted with a city you’ve never been and how phone calls make us feel emotions

Victoria Evdokimova is a founder of the “Petersburg number” project. The concept is this: any person can contact a complete stranger living in Sait-P. from anywhere and ask him anything he wishes to talk about – weather, the city, the latest news and other. Currently Victoria is working on the Callocal app that would enable users to call 20 Russian cities and then the world major capitals.
