Would you rather fight a Zaku on flat land or in empty space. Personally I'd hate to take on a zaku on flat land like this, they have more armor and better mobility thanks to their tred's. This is really the only gundam show in which beam weapons can just rip a zaku in half on the ground.

It was this scene that made me understand Zeon. The camaraderie, the quiet, unwavering dedication, the careful maintenance on precious hidden equipment. Weapons for a war that had passed them by, stranded at the ass-end of nowhere....yet prepared to throw it all away on a suicidal attack on their enemy.

ジオンてなんで毎回こうも弱弱しいのかね、
連邦側を強くしすぎなんだよ。
バズーカ着弾して蚊に刺された程度か、主人公側が
強すぎるからつまらん。

I love the detail of the zaku with mis-matched legs. it lets you know that they put together parts from zakus that were taken out. I wish they had taken it a step further and added some random gun shots and dents on them to show that they all had battle scars. thats one thing that 8th ms team did wonderfully.
