No doubt, discounting these credit rating agencies. But Brother check the Financials of Vedanta closely! How the promoter's share is increased & dividend ratio is increased. To pay off debts company is raising fresh set of loans & passing it to its parent company legally via dividend! Cuz their plan was to be a closely held company by delisting it, which was stopped by players like LIC & then route money. Research regarding vedanta is required brother. (Just for this video)

The promoters of Vedanta is not at all fair. They increased their stakes by pledging shares. And later they took heavy dividends to pay back personal debt of promoters. So much so that due to the heavy dividends payout the book value per share has taken a drastic hit. The promoters initially thought they could achieve 90% holding and carry out the delisting process but that evil plan didn't materialize
