Hey man I'm a small business owner and even a bad week like that is worth being your own boss and getting away from corporate America, not easy for anybody right now
ОтветитьBecoming a Subway franchisee is buying a job. $960 working 13 hour days sucks. I made more than that when I taught English online
ОтветитьHey man, you are on the right track! Love how detailed you are and how much you care in growing your business. That’s all it takes, doesn’t matter what business you in. Believe in yourself like you do and I know you will succeed
ОтветитьMy thought was. You made money your first few months... nice.
ОтветитьAlmost $1000!? Is that even considered low income?
ОтветитьI hope you gain success from your social media platforms!!
ОтветитьStay strong and pray 🙏 owning your own business is tough it will get better 🙏
ОтветитьI made $1,500 a week as a Lyft driver, but I was working 60 hours a week. Seems like a lot less commitment they don’t even interview for the shit
Ответитьso you worked like 60 hours that week and made 1k . thats like $17 an hour. Not good but not terrible eithre.
ОтветитьWhat a shame!! How did he get the franchise to begin with???? Like we don’t know!!!
ОтветитьAppreciate the transparency! subscribed!!
ОтветитьThanks for breakdown!
ОтветитьHonest money will pay off, my brother. Keep it up 👍
ОтветитьSubway is a dying franchise bro. I’d recommend selling it and getting into something else with the experience you already have.
ОтветитьDude, get rid of this business, it will get worse, just get rid of it and try to find something else, I am sure you can find it
ОтветитьWhat about taxes also :(
ОтветитьMistake #1. Buying an already established fast food restaurant. You're pretty much guaranteed to get scalped.
ОтветитьI hope you make a serious fortune. You are a real one.
Ответитьout of all the places you could’ve invested in, why did you choose subway? nobody goes there anymore.
ОтветитьHe bought himself a job to make minimum wage Lol
ОтветитьFor the first week, that's not bad. With any new business it will take a few months to reach all the potential customers in the area, and maximize profitability
ОтветитьYou forgot to add the tax. So another 30%. That’s about 270-300$. The remaining is your profit. 600ish.
ОтветитьRoyalty fees too high 12 percent is bogus for these low revenue stores
ОтветитьWhich State/City are you at? We should all patronize you.
Ответитьwe would appreciate it you run through of your business up to now and how its going please.
ОтветитьWhat he said was true. I’ve experienced the same owning business in Australia. Because the payrates of employees are high, The Food ingredients delivery are way expensive than that we go to a farmers market and buy, and then comes Council rates, all bills, body corporate, outdoor seating fees, outdoor heater permits, alcohol certificates and the tax… finally we will be in minus .. so for a business, first 4 months might be busy and up a little but all the up money gets sucked up back when next 4 months are quiet and then again up and again down.. so at the end of the year we end up no profit or loss UNTIL or Unless we own a franchise in the RIGHT SPOT with free parking facilities and a great team, then the profits Builds up slowly and steadily through years… by the time we are millionaires, we would be old and would have lost all the times and fun we needed to have had and tired too and when our daughters/ sons doesn’t want to run these business as they have different passion in different locations of the world, we need to either become a sleeping partner and give most of the operating management to some random stranger and leave it on from there where he might give us monthly peanut percentage 😣.. Businesses is definitely not for the people who wanted to enjoy life . If you working just Monday to Friday 9-5, you have enjoy things around you and we don’t need millions
ОтветитьI am happy you started, give yourself grace. Thanks for sharing
ОтветитьThis isn't a sales pitch, just an opportunity I want to share: I bought into a multifamily opportunity in a new Texas development. The 4-plex and 8-plex are class-A buildings, fully furnished and scaled, with professional management included. The total entry was $15K, 25K, or $35K, with the remainder financed 100%. More are available! I did it, and you can also. Let me show you how! No BS/No Scam, completely legit!
ОтветитьShould’ve done chick fil a. Subway is horrible
ОтветитьI wish you good luck.
Ответитьi am not American nor live in the states can i do that?
ОтветитьBe careful when buying franchises people it’s not far from a scam your just making another business richer and paying for a job
Ответитьnicee.keep it up
ОтветитьSubway sucks! I will never go back!
ОтветитьNeed more volume😂😂😂. It's called business boys. Welcome to the real world. Keep at it. You'll do fine.....
ОтветитьWho even eats at Subway??
ОтветитьInvesting in Subway which the food sucks and they a literally are almost a dying industry not a good investment. Should have invested in Jersey Mikes. Best thing I ever did was buy a Jersey Mikes
ОтветитьTheirs 4 weeks in a month Should add up
ОтветитьWhat’s website
ОтветитьThe whole time I thought you were a actor on the kountry Wayne skits … good stuff my brother I just subscribed
ОтветитьDid you do due diligence before buying Subway? It's all about the numbers. Good luck!
ОтветитьWow Subway royalty fees is astronomical. Best of luck to you may you continue to grow and hit your goal numbers
ОтветитьSmh
ОтветитьShut it down and reopen call it Tom’s subs
ОтветитьRevenue is too low but it's ok just starting out.
ОтветитьTaxes?
Ответитьbut your claiming all those deductions so actually your take home pay is more
ОтветитьBuddy, it's going to get worse. Draft a way to get out of this as soon as possible. Your going to have to remodel, pay for advertisements, deal with equipment issues non-stop, deal with terrible employees, find a way out, and find a side hustle.
ОтветитьBrown people own most of them. Always empty. If you like a lettuce sandwhich, this is your place.
Ответить
