I loved Vistara but Indigo is a near second.. dozens of flights but never faced any substantial delay.. no frills cheaper tickets ..Ryanair ,Jetblue may learn a things or two

Even pridoity pass passengers dont get that facility to board plane while its getting ready. this is the worst airlines for international travel.. no debate about it..i had horrible experience. Very easy to get leg space seats when you’re covering a utube video for indigo. And then meeting up with someone from the airline 🤪🤪

Remember, India is country continent, with DOUBLE the population of Europe.
You can’t walk into an airport and expect one airline to handle the zillions of passengers and luggage and a ton of other things.
Patience and understanding is required. It’s not Zurich or Barcelona, a small population in a small country is much easier to manage
Despite all of this, they do an amazing job with the resources they have. Needs further improvement? Of course!

I have flown with Indigo since 2012 and the on time performance is excellent, apart from weather disruption that cannot be avoided by any airline

Average 10 items to check in bro where do you get your stat?. Average indian takes two large checked luggage because paying approximately 50 dollars per kilo additional, Average indian can't afford. Only these travel first class take 10 pie especially, BUT this is not Average. BTW with 15000 pieces, 777 would not take off.... being overweight .

My Indigo experience is worst, for 6 hours flight from delhi to istanbul they serve food only once which includeds only single paratha and aloo curry which has bad taste and no dessert. FLIGHT WAS DELAYED AROUND 40 MIN. NO BLANKETS REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE AND never TRAVELLIING AGAIN WITH INDIGO.
