I perfer the 8 to 10 min videos. Both scripted and off the cuff videos are great. What happened to the daily hits I noticed they're more sporadic lately. Just spit balling, but have you thought about how to vids on starting a channel or a business. You guys are awesome keep up the great work.

IMO. Call them Quick Hits and keep it more raw and un-cut. Provides a more authentic feel of us all learning and growing together.

TJ Hits for sure. A good mix of short and long videos would be great. Long is better but sometimes you just don't have time so a couple short videos can go a long way

regarding production vs document style you could do both. Just make sure production is short video (more cuts to dump as much content into a short amount of time) and document is longer (lets the view experience what's going on and feel like they are part of it.). I think that gives the best value for the type of video it would be.

If the video is an interview, debate, or discussion I prefer long-form, unedited content. However, if it’s just a solo speaker shorter is better.

Your biggest issue is thinking your friends are actually likeable - you have mostly crap presenters/hosts who aren't likeable. You can stick w/ your beard gang click - but the brobeard vibe is much too heavy to be mainstream unless you have interesting people - and you don't.

Volume is low on your mic
