ОтветитьGreat video. Keep ‘‘em coming
ОтветитьJust found your channel. New sub
ОтветитьNew to your channel. As a first time owning a pellet grill, I’m going to enjoy your recipes.
ОтветитьGreat video. I like your new grill
ОтветитьNice cook. My only recommendation would be placing the ribs vertically on the far right. This will prevent the fire pot from potentially burning your cooks. Anything placed above the sear plate is by far the hottest spot (often too hot for smoking meats). I've had mine for 2 years now and it took me the first year to realize this.
ОтветитьBeer not butter my man, use what you got, Coors, Miller, Bud, Pabst, any light beer works best for that hour or so in the foil. Try it one time, you won't be disappointed!
ОтветитьGreat video brother! I just bought one and so glad you added your first cook!
ОтветитьBro just wanted to thank u for this, was my first time making ribs an followed ur steps an maaan came out good, had the family licking thr fingers lol
ОтветитьThanks for the video!! great stuff. Have you done any testing on your pit boss grill temp? My pellet grill (different brand) seems to be around 40 degrees off, meaning Grill setting sez 275 but grill surface temp is around 235. Jut curious. Thanks!
ОтветитьGreat vid thanks - made it easy. Love the recap!
ОтветитьI use some Brown sugar on the Wrap.
ОтветитьDid you have the slider closed for low and slow?
ОтветитьI have pitboss 3series electric smoker 30inch use small wood chips how can make my baby back ribs comes out good my first time I did it. It comes out to dry and wasn't done my temperature is lower and higher and medium on my pitboss 3series electric smoker 30inch
ОтветитьIf you start at the edge on the membrane it comes off easy and usually in one piece just saying use a paper towel 😊
ОтветитьIf your not adding sauce at the end do you still need too cook that last 30 mins?
ОтветитьIm a charcoal guy, a friend up picked up an 1150 pro pitboss and wants me to come do a rib smoke on it for him. So im really just looking around see how to use the 1150 pro. Nice little refresher course how I like to prep ribs. Your prepping the ribs almost exactly how I do which is nice, one little suggestion. When pulling the membrane, bend the ribs in half meat side down. Membrane lifts quite nicely, makes the membrane soooo much easier to remove in one piece. Having said that I do like how you said teh pork ribs take smoke for 3 hours. Thats a point that should be hit harder. For me, the smoke flavour isnt overwhelming after 3 hours i just dont notice a difference. Great job keep up the good work. Ive subed for other receipes.
ОтветитьDat look gooder den a muhfuh 🍖
ОтветитьMy guy!
I followed all your steps, (used honey and apple juice for the foil) and the ribs came out absolutely AMAZING on my new Pit Boss.
This was my first time making them let alone smoking any meat and the way you explained it, down to the recap, make BBQ actually ENJOYABLE!
I also love the fact that when I try searching different meats to bbq, your channel already has it!
You’re doing God’s work for beginners like me! Many blessings 🙏🏼
Trying this for my first pit boss cook tomorrow. Thanks for the video, Go Ducks
ОтветитьUsed this video for my first smoke on my new Pit Boss and man oh man was it delicious!
