I really appreciate that in addiiton to the recipe, there's always a practical tip tossed in, like the garlic in the jar, or using the peeler on the cucumber.

I never had a Banh Mi until PFT's mount rushmore pick. Now they are one of my favorite sandwiches. This one looks insane!

I like this one where you took more than one bite of the food and reviewed it, rather than just taking a bite and wrapping up the show as if there's a fire to put out in the next room.
