Camera Accessories Beginners Actually Need (No Fluff, Just Essentials)

Question: what do you think of cleaning kits?

Did almost everything you listed when I started earlier this year! Only thing I skipped was the card reader - I'm not into quickly sharing photos, and when I just wanna send a few to family and friends, I find the new Fuji app to be perfectly fine for just transferring a few SOOC JPEGs to my phone.


I'd add lens wipes and maybe a lens pen and rocket blower to the list. Otherwise, completely agree that all the stuff you listed is perfect to start.

I've done all of this... and still do when it concerns camera bags (and sometime straps). Good video.

Kwame, Sony has improved their phone app quite a bit. It's pretty fast and reliable. I've stopped carrying a card reader for the phone.
