Ok, I will not be buying one of these. Not because I can't handle it, but because it would probably KO or at the least injure one of my curious little toddlers.....

It’s not that bad if you hold the steering wheel properly. You not holding the wheel with your thumbs is the reason it jerks and snaps on you, good content for those who don’t know better I guess…you’re going to hurt yourself if you don’t use your equipment properly.

I wonder if a real driver in a F1 car has to torque it this much? F1s have Rack n Pinion steering unlike Indy cars where it seems this rough. But I've never sat in one. Have you used the cool Fanalab software to adjust set up for feel? As a NEWB (I'm a Yank mate), here in California, I landed a ASR4 Chassis and I turned up my GT-DD Pro to 8NM and it is fun to set it up more in depth in game using Fanalab. It has quite a kick for a smaller puppy. I have V3 Pedals and the CS 2.5 RIM with the added Podium paddle set. I think later I will land me a DD2. I have been pondering a Sim Cube 2 or even the possibility of a VRS Wheel base
But I'm thinking of a DD2 I also am seriously looking at the VRS's spring pedals. Nice vid! Man that's rough...

So at 100% does that mean that's the actual force feedback that F1 drivers feel in their cars?

I don't see why anybody would want a base that powerful especially when it has the capacity it break hands and arms the ability to dislocate shoulders and e like

Man I'm guessing fanatec DD podium doesn't have hands off protection that's a shame Moza has it

Is it the same in reality? I mean, is this steering wheel the same force as the real f1 ?
I’m just impressed how hard it seems !!

try to keep tour thumbs in the wheel thumb-hole, so you have the full control on the wheel

20 newton meters, it's 20KG at 1 meters, the size of the wheel is .... 20cm may be? That means it's 10 cm from the center of rotation, so, 200KG of force...... I'm expecting you break your hand. If you can really hold up, your whole body would be rotating......

Now YOU understand why F1 drivers go to the gym and train those biceps and triceps!
CONCLUSION: The DOC can NOT keep holding on the steering-wheel! Challenge: failed! 🤪😋

Hi there. Please do not think of this as criticism but more as advice. I am aware that you had it on full force feedback at a ridiculous 20Nm but it is generally recommended that you try not to take your hands off the wheel as there is a higher risk of injury.
