The feeling you get when deep down you know these propositions that Dr. Peterson puts forward to be true but didn't know how to articulate it

I prefer when it is possible to see him speaking because he uses a lot of expressions with his body. Isn’t it possible to put the real video instead of the animation? Or at least alternate both?

You have to have your mind fully awake to take in all of what Professor Peterson is saying because he uses the entire English vernacular to convey his ideas. Pay attention.

Life is constant and fluid. We only have one brain and nervous system. Take good care of it!

Poor animations

This is the best video I could have watched. It contains many little things all linked together that reveals so much, at least to me today.

Your brain can make your life a heaven or a hell . Don’t believe everything it’s telling you .

The allowing for little fear and a little bit of stress advise is so genius. It’s like taming a lion that you just can’t once and for all get rid of. This also opens the gateway to true fulfillment and excitement.

Thanks for posting, there are many videos of dr. Peterson on stage (in addition to his lectures) so using animations isn't a bad idea at all, it's a nice change

I’ve got three minutes in, I haven’t got a clue what his going on about. Google calls I think

I wish his advice worked for me. Sadly, I've tried most of his stuff from the simple tidy your room all the way to his future authoring programme, and it just doesn't work. I guess there is no one size fits all to humans and their lives.

I got way too caught up in thinking the worst to try and prepare me for it, but ultimately I was always feeling like everyone as out to get me and ended up self sabotaging myself and my whole relationships with the best people around me.

Walk the line between Chaos and Order.
Go meet that girl but make sure you can afford her.

This is so true. When I had moments of "everything in order" in my life I didn't feel comfortable, I felt bored.

Optimal is engaged properly in whats happening mentally, physically, emotionally, AND spiritually. Because we dont physically dont see the spiritual we think it doesnt exist. Swedenborg who was a scientist in 1700s explored this

That line is what I consider a flow state where you're occupied with enjoyment and time flies as you develop skills that make you happy as you adapt and grow.

Stress = Cortisol = Fat = Depression = Resentment, etc….

I get the feeling that the order/chaos border line is incredibly thin for me. Either that or I was born wearing metaphorical high heels, and there's some arsehole behind me kicking the back of my knees.

Interesting . I just find it sad that most folk cant naturally come to these conclusions , either through lifes observations or family / friends . This ,to me, shows how distant people have come to actual life skills ,situations ,choices etc . Humans learn from humans , what's right ,what's wrong , what's good for you AND whats bad for you . Yes at times you get carried with the tide but there is always an island to chill and regroup .
