So I like the mystery box idea but at the same time I’m torn and I’m scared lol I want to see the products first but I’ll still probably buy the $65 set because I love her and I believe in second chances and the price point is good compared to her past launches. I agree the highlighters are amazing I wish I got the flash palette before it was gone forever 😭

I am going to try and purchase one of the Boxes.

I'm going to really hope that the products are not ones already in her collection and just updated packaging. I sincerely with my whole heart pray that it's not for the sake of everyone who has purchased them ( they sold out quickly, or so I'm told, not sure if it's every set or not). I too believe that we are all just human and we make mistakes. I can totally move past the flawed products from her earlier launches (stuff happens), but the way she responded to and dealt with it is what I take issue with. She broke alot of hearts of her "ride or die" fans/supporters who were treated terribly when they expressed their disappointment in items they looked forward to and purchased because they were HERS. She never really gave a sincere apology, just what sounded like a scripted statement to try and make it go away ( in my opinion). That's the only thing I personally have an issue with. I understand that starting a business or launching a collection you're pulled a hundred different ways and you're stressed beyond belief. I get that. I really hope that these sets go out perfectly and everyone is happy, including Jaclyn. Does anyone know if she sent out any PR kits??? I'm curious on whether she did or not. I would think she would. Right?
Anyway..... I apologize if my comment came off as a downer. It's just my opinion.
I really do wish Jaclyn the best in her business and in her life. I don't think she's an inherently bad person. Just I'll prepared to deal with an issue on a grand scale, and less prepared to cope with the fall out emotionally.

I have no issues with her releasing this. I am all a out redemption yada yada yada. I think she was sabotaged wirh her lipsticks. I luv luv luv her highlighters. I purchased The Flare palette, mood powder - Bomb, Amped, and High Volt and Brighten Up. I look forward to a collection of lip liners, lip glosses, and more lipsticks from her.

What box did you end up getting I had the 65 dollar box in my car let me hit pay and then told me it was sold out I did get the lip locked box luckily but I’m still bummed I couldn’t get everything
