So many great points. I feel as if I’m on this journey myself. Over the years…I’ve slowly become an essential minimalist. My first experience with a deprivation tank (in 2015) changed me. I discovered all I need is my mind,heart,soul, breath & Christ w/ me. I felt at peace, no worries, safe & loved. Ultimate surrender & let go.
I feel as if I’m on track to dedicate my life to helping others in need.

I have been facing lots of troubles because of my thinking. I would always be scared of someone doing something wrong to me. I don't know why it feels like it. But recently, as I understand the nature of my mind, the way it gets affected by people around me, the importance I give to their varying opinions, the way I try to convince something to myself, I realized everything is just modification to that eternal peace inside.

Hey Todd, I've lost my bro few months ago in a tragic way. He was on anti-psychotics for about 20yrs. Feel tremendous guilt that I wasn't able to love / care enough. There's a feeling of loss in every moment. Life seems pointless.

I like the video, but saying we are insignificant is simply not true. My experience is the only thing that I know is real. Therefore, my experience is the most significant thing in the universe, and the things around me are infinitely more significant than those on a place I do not know. I might have missed the message you meant with that sentence, but I just think it is wrong and a bad way to look at reality. Leads to nihilism, not hope.

Hi , what a beautiful documentary i just wanted to know where all scenic places you have shot this , all of them are worth going ....your whole documentary revolves around that living in the present without clinging to past or anxiety of future....in bhagwad gita also their is one verse which lord krishna tell arjuna the brave warrior that do your job and dont think much of future rewards ...he also taught him to be in present .last but not the least what you witnessed in snail.....is it a snail..is it you ....is it omnipresent ...can you describe that moment
