So by touching the pigs, the people who were near them got their disease. Right?

In fact only less than 1 percent of viruses can make humans sick(just like other organisms that are pests to humans and our crops),
Most viruses mainly attack bacteria, while others can attack archaeans and other single or multi celled organisms,
Some viruses can even be more helpful than harmful, such as viruses that attack parasites and pathogens,
You should do a video about viruses that are helpful for humans,
Other viruses that can be helpful to humans, are those that can infect protozoans(including plasmodium that causes malaria).
Even parasites can’t runaway from their viral enemies.

I was mildly exposed to swine flu years ago. It Left someone else ill in bed. the only thing I can put it down to is I’ve already been exposed to something similar to it in my past. I remember when I was at school get in the opportunity to go in the pigsty at Bishop Burton College with School. This was years before swine flu was is in circulation

Will someone please explain this?
If this is a man-made virus why would it follow the path of earlier viruses which were presumably naturally occuring? 🤔

Why do viruses like Corona, dengue, mars, swine flu, malaria, tuberculosis, polio etc take birth in this earth from time to time ? Is there any way of permanently stopping any viruses from evolving in this earth in future ?

Viruses are living? Or are they Cell debris that can generate only within the living organism/ host..how can a non-living particle mutate

As long as that zombie deer virus isn't jumping from animals to humans then I am good. I hope there's no lab in the world right now where some scientists are actually trying to put that virus inside humans in the name of research.

No, this is what I don't get. In biology chemisty and so on we learnt viruses can not cross species, cells are like jigsaws and viruses are like jigsaw pieces. Foreign pieces won't fit. They can only fit if altered in a lab or if there some super freaky genetic mutation and the chances of naturally happening is near zero.

"Viruses have evolved specific interactions with their hosts". Um...how does the virus do that while it is biochemically non-living? How does the virus "hijack the cellular machinery" while it is non-living? Why would it even have the motivation to do this? How can it even HAVE motivation while it is biologically inert and non-living? Someone may say it becomes alive after entering the cell and "injecting its genetic information" but how did it enter the cell while it was not even alive? Some individuals even argue that it is in a "grey area" between living and non-living. When has this ever been observed in nature? In fact, when has any of these alleged actions of the virus been observed in real time? Baboonery is what it is.

Not every human genome subject will be the host and deliverer of surviving mutations from infectious agents. But human subjects with genetic susceptibilities who consume specifically designed GMO substances will be the likely specimens of transmission. Radiation of course helps, as do all the other forms of immune suppression techniques. Why does this TED Ed deliver archaic, watered down, pansy explanations to you? To keep you in the dark on how advanced the research is? All you wanted to know was how viruses jump from animals to humans? Investigate and do research and experiment. Don't forget the old journals from the 1950s and 1960s. The older journals are the ground work which fraudulent scientists of today plagiarize in order to get grants that the NSF keeps funding for the repeated retarding of perceptions. Read the old journals and see just how foolishly unaware these videos are today. Keep up and watch who intends to profit from their newly ushered in illnesses.
