How to quiet a recurve bow

Your right about everything. I got a 70’s Grizzly my self and with that dacron it’s easy to quiet down. And it shoots like a Dream to. I got a roebuck with mine last fall. If you haven’t seen that video, check that out, when you have the time. Remember subtitles on that one, cause it’s in Danish. God advise.

I use calf hair on the limb groove. It quiets the string slap and still lets the string index the groove.
