I have simplified death in the hope of Jesus Christ; it gives me a TON of peace!

"ethical" way of dying...who says that killing yourself is not ethical? We as a society need to stop moralizing things including suicide.

Most Doctors are men of Science some think they are Gods. But Science and medicine has become so narrowly focused that many have lost sight of the whole picture. Western Man, Money and need to control is not always good. Nature is so restorative. Go hug tree is not just a saying. Good info.

We are on earth for such a short time. Our purpose is to prepare for everlasting, eternal life. Objects, things, in the grand scheme of things really do not matter. I made the mistake in my younger life of buying too many clothes, things for the home, garage, etc. While my purchases were not to an extreme, I still would do things differently knowing what I know now. I would live with about 10-20 clothing items, very little decor and I would really think hard about any purchases. I do not want to burden my children with things they have to deal with from my home after my passing so I am downsizing the most that I can. But I am also downsizing because I want to live the rest of my life in a minimalist way. I would rather spend time praying, reading about disciples, and time with my husband, children and grandchildren.

I keep an air purifier in my room and a Devils ivy that grew and it wraps around the corners of my ceiling, it replenishes my oxygen and helps keep my air quality clean and rich 😁

Hey guys, be more time management friendly! Have a timer panel that can be seen by everyone, then you know how much time is left! And for the guest... let them speak!!!

Hey Josh, Just a heads up. You do need CO2 in your body. Hyperventilation is from a LACK of CO2 in your body. If you are breathing hard in an enclosed space that will REDUCE the CO2 in your body which is also dangerous. So your problem may not be that you have too much CO2 in your room, but in fact your body is expelling TOO MUCH CO2. This is why people are told to breathe into paper bags. It keeps the CO2 from leaving your body as quickly. Also try Slow shallow breathing. LACK of CO2 in body will cause Headaches, Nausea, blurred vision, muscle spasms, drowsiness, and unconsciousness. Fresh air may or may not fix the hyperventilation problem. You need to fix the problem of LACK of CO2 rather than increasing the Oxygen. (Hypoxia = lack of Oxygen in body / Hypocapnia = lack of CO2 in body).

I struggle with the loss of my mom last year because of the scourge of COVID. I often struggle with her death and the hope I have in Christ.

I had 2 near death experiences. One a burst appendix 1993, the next an anonpalacic shock from tree nuts 2003. Both times I was 80 miles from real medical care. So, within the first episode I was terrified, so fearful. I survived and spent a few years crazed, over spending 40 pairs of shoes, in debt, buying into the "I deserve this, because...ad days of the early 90's. The second episode with the walnuts was different. I was scared but it was different, I felt God, upgraded state of vi ration, whatever the next place is. 2003 I became a minimalist. 3 days after I was released from a 8000 population town hospital. I was there for 2 weeks and every moment I thought about "why do I care about the crap I have when it means nothing in the end" ? Haven't I been good enough without all the "stuff"? The easy part was getting rid of the material stuff. The difficult part is getting rid of the "relationships" that are as toxic as the storage boxes. Your first book changed my life. Thank you guys. From the bottom of my heart. Everyone in my life has nothing to worry about when I go. Everything is in order.

Read Roger Hathaway- God’s Divine Pageant - and his reality of death~ and the choices he made. Very interesting show today. We in the USA, maybe elsewhere, have a misguided view of life & death.

The Dr.” s remarks about depression were insensitive and ignorant. He is of course entitled to his opinion.

The microphones cover the speakers' mouths. It's helpful to see peoples' mouths and lips when watching a video. Great show, btw!

Enjoying this podcast... have followed ZB for some years now. thank you. One small but not insignificant aspect that I found a little distracting... almost as bad as speaking to someone with a MASK, I didn't like watching everyone with microphones covering almost everyone's faces. These look like great quality mics and shouldn't need to be right up in front of your mouths. Please guys... let's see your beautiful smiles again.
