I try to convince her to supplement vit d3, fish oils, tumeric, a form of fermented food, and now polyphenols! Hopefully you approve for this to be a good anti inflammatory combo! And also now with the peptides you previously recommended. She is a black female who basically never gets any sun so i try to tell her how important d3 is for her, maybe if she hears it from YOU lol. Years ago, I heard that "dark" chocolate with a minimum of 70% cacoa, had health benefits.
I LOVE (the bad) chocolates, but nonetheless, recently I've learned that chocolate contains oxalates 🫤.
I've been joking for uears about how anything that taste good is bad for you 😂, but anyway.....
I did hear you mention " a couple of squares".
You do realize that few people heard that part.....right?

ОтветитьGood info. Graphics can add a lot to a talking head video. The old movie saw that you should be able to watch without sound or listen without video and get all the information still works. The two combined are unbeatable.
