How to Plant Potatoes - No Dig Method

do you have a video of you harvesting the potatoes?

I have used leaves like this and it’s all good till the wind turned up and your leaves have blown away lol, ask me how I know. I think wood chips and or hay maybe on top would be helpful so they stay put.

Seems like I planted mine closer together before I understood that I needed to hill them, which I've never done before. I did hoe down through 3-year-old partially composted chips to ground level so potatoes could have direct contact with ground.....one channel said this made his potatoes taste better....just hilled with partially composted leaves last night, but wasn't sure this would be a good idea. This video reassured me....thank you ......
