ОтветитьNice recipe Bhavna. I am from Ratlam (Malwa Region, very close to Gujrat) and we make a similar dish but also add onions to it and use the thick variety of Sev with laung flavor. What's the 4th paste in your masala box apart from garlic, ginger and chilli?
Ответить@SuperVeggieDelight HI Bhavna, I am from Surat, Rander. I have one more request. I just want to remind you that I also requested Lassanya Batata recipe. Thanks.

ОтветитьWhere did you get the 4 compartment masala box from?
Ответить@jackie826xx Hi. This goes well with Bread. Specially Indian Wheat Flat bread.
ОтветитьI had Sev Tamato Nu Shaak at my frnds place.....they added Jaggery to it to make it sweet....they are jain so they didn't onion, ginger or garlic....but it tasted awesome....
ОтветитьSalt is in all my masala paste so I add only if needed and sugar is optional.

ОтветитьHi Bhavna.
You are Indian and you not feel shame to speak English and by the way your English also not very good to like listen.
Please next time use your national language in your show.
Why are you guys terming it Gujarati ?
Cutie this sabji is made throughout the households of India barring the Southern and some extreme Eastern states.
Aur madam Hindi me ho toh aur achha like Sanjiv Kapoor. Kya zarurat hai zyada English pelne ki..About 98% of your viewers know Hindi and believe me your video views will swell like anything...just a kind suggestion n not rude.
Anyway thanks for uploading.
with garlic n onion it tastes really nice and i added garlic sev to it fr added flavor...n no tomato puree but tomato into little pieces...
ОтветитьI have been following you for quite some time. All your recipes are awesome.
This is for people who keep commenting on the way you talk in English- Dude.. Go make ur own videos. It takes time, energy and guts to do it... Food has no language barriers. And if it bothers you so much, go see other videos or simply mute the channel and follow the recipe.
You really have a great collection of recipes. Thank you so much for sharing it through videos. it helps a lot to a man like me who doesn't know much about cooking but still want to try mom style food. and for the all Hindi loving people, go watch Sanjeev Kapoor or someone else or read it from some Hindi website. A language is a means of communication, if you get what she is saying, then stop complaining and if not, then go watch chhota bheem.
