....and the Lincoln is made by a US company with a hell of a track record(over 100 years) and a strong 3 year warranty. Consumables are available at nearly every welding supply on the face of the planet and many big box stores.
The Longevity brands strong points are _____________.
i have noticed that you guys never talk about guide roller tension for wire size or type of wire.also on my powermig 200 noone talks about spool tension knob . this has been a B##ch on trying not to have alum. wire jam up in the tension roller and stop feeding.
Ответитьhow tight should the spool tension screw be? what is a good starting point on the number setting for the tension knob on the guide roller?
Ответитьdose longevity make the eastwood welders ?
Ответитьthanks guys, just picked up one of these yesterday for a garage project. This helped out.
Ответитьi agree with ballerness86 i dont know how to set up the gas for this welder and i cant find it in the manual ill keep looking i guess
ОтветитьBest machine in it's class!!!
ОтветитьYa I have they Lincoln 140 HD welder set up with mig a 40 tank and man I love this bad boy more for autobody and I've Ben a master painter at the shop for 18 years !!! I have my garage at home set up like a shop two. for me and my family that's the closest to me ... But ya I have the 140 Lincoln and the Lincoln 100 and I use the 100 for flux I mean it does mig too but I have it running on flux and my 140 I have it set with a tank for mig only so that way if I need eather or I don't need to change up the spool or + to - and tips and so on and so on but the 140 I love it I mean both welders are Alsome and I got the 140 for a 5 hour side job that was a peace of cake I was going to buy the 180c but scene I got this welder 140 brand new in the box for the trade of fixing up my FRENDS car we'll I will stay with both welders I like my set up ... I am going to have to build a custom welding cart cause of my plasma cutter I want all three together I have a cart but I can't fit my plasma cutter ! That will be my next project . But ya Lincoln welders are one of the top best of the best and at the shop we have a miller running on 220 or 240 outlet and that welder is a beast and I no it's in the thousands of dollars and it welds Alsome but the Lincoln with 120 outlet it welds just as smooth as the miller and at the shop all we weld is mild steel sometimes I mean sometimes we weld thicker steel but that is sometimes agin I love Lincoln welders there good welders and I have FRENDS that have race cars at the track I mean real track not a muffler and a air filter and it's a race car I mean real race track and they use the 180 Lincoln and there good welders I will say Lincoln and miller and Hobart are they best welders out there I no there are more good brands out there but I'll stay with Lincoln or miller and Hobart for me in my case but I never tried longetivy welder so I can't say for that welder but I heard positive things about it and some negative too so I can't say I think it seems to be a good welder too that is what I think I might be wrong for that welder but Lincoln and miller great welders and Hobart too
ОтветитьCando this for weld aluminum wheels?.
ОтветитьOkay so you mentioned 5, showed (SP 140-T) So what is the difference between all of them, very confusing?
ОтветитьWhat a poorly-lit video. Such a disappointment.
ОтветитьYou should easily weld that thin steel with that welder with out having to stitch it !! if you have your heat and wire speed set correctly and move pretty quick I've welded refrigerator size 18 ga panel boxes that the company use to weld with Tig ,it took the man who welded them 3 days to weld one box I tried it with mig i welded 3 boxes a day the man wasnt very happy but our boss was !!
ОтветитьWhy are you reviewing a welders. thats better than your welded.
ОтветитьVery poor lighting.
