Wow, the stress has obviously gotten to her as she now looks 45 compared to 32. She definitely has every reason to be stressed.

Theres been zero evidence presented at all, so no opinion as yet, once i have heard n seen all the evidence n witnesses presented by both sides i shall use ONLY that, to form an opinion. Thats exactly what every single jury person ever has to do, any preconceived notions or any other rumours or conjecture or opinions including my own...guts....r not relevant or to be considered. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, the prosecution have not presented their case yet, they have proven nothing, therefore, she is innocent. The fun is in seeing if the prosecution can prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt n change that innocent, beyond any doubt based on evidence presented in court.

Oh come on, so sick of these cases, unless the guy is pointing a gun at you, coming at you with a knife or beating you, why wouldn't she run over to her neighbors and just call 911? She sure didn't have any problem doing that after she killed him! This isn't "self defense", I grew up in an abusive household there is no excuse to murder unless it is TRULY self defense.

She definitely is a gold digger. She planned it from the start, all she ever wanted was a child and his money. How manipulative this woman can be cruel and heartless. She planned the shooting but when she had an incling that the courts are going to rule against her she shot him dead. How cruel is that, mind u this 54 yr old man did everything she asked yet she shot him in cold blood.

My question from the defense statement. In fear she ran to her bedroom where she had a firearm… was there not a back door/patio door/ some other entrance or exit to the house? If I’m in enough fear to feel I need a weapon I’m definitely in enough fear to EXIT the house.

I can't post judgements until I listen to both sides, be cause it may not be that she did anything what other's claim that don't even personally know her. To me, honestly, she doesn't look guilty, She looks scared if anything.

Fortunately every judge and attorney, whether for the prosecution or defence, backs that idea of innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Based on what we already know, it would appear that she is guilty, but there are people here who appear to have already found her guilty! I have seen many cases where someone has been found to be not guilty despite the known evidence before trial points to their guilt.

Why is she suppose to be guilty!? She failed for restraining order to get away from this man. Judge refused. Come on we all know how it usually ends. it means he or she but someone would definitely get hurt , period.
