This has not yet help with judgement from others. Only judgement feeling I get is from girlie girls gays and girlie girls . I have found deep down , it's from my Sister's snobbish, n a r c i s s i s t attitude. She jealous of for being born with many birth defects and the attention I got. My parents spoiled her. She put up protection front with this attitude.

I get judgmental with any one has false out going attitude.

I asked my inner child why this behavior? Rush of heavy energy in the chest and child voice in my head replied," Because of jealous toward her being born perfect , able communicate with out judgement, learn fast, and she had friends." I replied, " Her friends was not real true friends. " I hugged myself during crying. My inner child is very scared when judged toward birth defects. It has fought to stay able to express it's feelings in a unpredictable, judgemental environment growing up.

I got to be at peace with my teeth being forever baby teeth from birth defects. I am scared of losing my teeth . I take care of them , but bad genetics play the part. Maybe bad diet and bad mental health.

I have to make peace with my learning problems from slow comprehension, slow processing speed, and slow working memory. Rest of my birth defects. I am here to make peace with being porn from it all. It's lesson for the soul.darker the darkness, the brighter the light.

When things take a life time to heal , then there is another life to reincarnate. 😊

Today I can be peace with this, then tomorrow. Not so much. It's a working process.
