ОтветитьHeath love your channel.I 'm a newbie@ reverse searing.Plan to cook 2 ny strips(boneless 11/2" thick) On the Weber genesis II gas grill.what slow cook temp should I keep my grill at AND there seems to be opinions at what temp u take them off to sear to medium rare,110 deg 120deg 125deg? BTW I have grill grates I plan to use for the sear.they get to 700-740deg's so I guess it depends on when you pull them ,How long you sear them?what would you suggest?
