Hey man, I really liked the video! I really want to go be an exchange in Japan after the pandemic. I’m an American 8th grader so that gives me a lot of time. Any advice for convincing my parents? Is there any way I can go to ONE specific country because if it’s not Japan I don’t wanna go. Also, would second year work out you think? Sorry for all the questions but you seemed well informed!

Hey👋 I‘m 16 years old and from Germany. So I have a question about Rotary. Rotary let me choose three countries and only one can be an english country but is it required to speak the language there or is English enough? And is a student exchange even possible after the next summer?

i contacted my district first, and they told me that everything in my district was suspended for a time because of corona. i did this in september, so i'm wondering if i should try contacting my local club instead this time. i don't want to bother anyone or waste anyone's time, so should i just get it over with and contact them?

Make sure to research which programs you study with. Some programs are partnered with CIEE or are partners with companies that are partnered with CIEE. someone told me that when the pandemic started CIEE relocated kids and put many Asian students in areas that had high hate crime rates. We shouldn’t support a program that supports anti-Asian hate. Please stop Asian hate!
