For most corporates that I know about, they won’t even let you access your personal accounts on premises nor let you redirect any of the official mails to your personal account. This is done so that no information leaks out. In Hillary’s case, her server was hacked into.
This might not be the case with all organisations, particularly the open source ones. I was a member of one such organisation and they used to send template emails to new members with instructions on how to redirect emails (because resources are limited on the official server). But maintaining the secrecy of government emails is of utmost importance. So yes, that was beyond negligence.

Hillary Clinton is a criminal who is well aware of the two-tier justice system in the United States, and she is taking FULL advantage of it.
