Such a great word about the Holy Spirit. Absolutely liberating!! In almost 35 yrs of walking with the Lord I’ve never heard this taught. Shared with my mom and she was also so excited by this new eye opening word. Fantastic Amen

I tried to manufacture peace and love and kindness by repressing my emotions. In an attempt to BE WHO I thought I should be, I became a mentally ill person. Your message here and in other sermons really helped me to understand. I thought I was following God. Instead Religion, Legalism and a fear of disapproval lead my compulsive and obsessive beliefs and behavior. It is so nice to hear that someone else gets what God is delivering me from. I am gratefulGod has given you so many good sermons. Thank you Jesus!

I learned that I can recognize feelings. I can finally just be me. I was trying to be righteous. So I got to the point where I constantly ignored how I felt. I had no self awareness. I believed wrongly that all negative feelings were wrong. I was an idiot. I had no emotional IQ. I have so much to learn. I feel like I have delayed developed emotionally . I also am learning to understood inter relational communication. Fortunately God blessed me with two friends that I can be honest with. Being allowed to share anger or hurt or sadness is development. My self Righteousness and legalism kept me in bondage. I am grateful for Him liberating me and talking about knowledge and wisdom in the movement of heavens ways. Instead of seeking approval from others. I get to listen to God and what he reveals to me as His plan unfolds.

Christians like myself also have not wanted to learn this because we were told by Christians and pastors that it was secular psychology so therefore we should have nothing to do with it, which is a lie.
