How to make a VR game FAST!

I need to be able to enter texts in VR 3D space and link them with arrows or lines as objects then export composition as a text script based on how i linked those objects in 3D space - what should i look for where to staert, tutorials?

During the scene setup, why do we need to create an empty game object, then place dojo mockup under it, then reset the position to 0,0,0. Why couldn't we directly put the position of dojo mockup to 0,0,0?
