ОтветитьI cracked the 18” calf mark in 2 weeks from a single set to failure…as I did the 17” mark. Simplicity is always best. Something I keep in mind over 46 years of Heavy Duty.

- Full Foam ;
Toes in front of appui.
- Full ROAM
- Hold 2s at the bottom ;
So calves is used not tendons when pushung up after ~
- Squeeze Harmstrings when a bottom to prevent cuisses to bear a part if weight makes your legs totally extended, linear and calves take all load.

ОтветитьFor me, I have a calf day separate, hamstring and glutes day, and Quads day separately. Each leg day goes with one upper muscle. I spend almost 3hours every day at the gym.

ОтветитьFor skinny ppl with not good genetics nothing will work, Ive tried it for years, i have only seen improvment by increasing rope jumping frequency
Ответить1. Bottom staircase with the balls of your feet on the edge of the staircase
2. Squeeze your quads
3. Get full range of motion
4. Slow descent, keeping the tension in your calves (at least 2-5 second descent)
5. Pause for 2 seconds at the very bottom of the stretched out calf
6. Pop back up but not with full force
Splitting up where you have a heavy day then a light day. Like it!
