its a song that was played in many movies and on the radio a lot back then. Its a great song even if it is due to nostalgia its still a great song to hear. I cant believe how much time has gone and i was a high school kid without a clue of how the world works

Fat Lip is the best song. In Too Deep is a good song for sure but Fat Lip is an anthem.

Also makes me realize how ego has NOO place in drumming. You gotta know when to have those kickass fills and when to just ride a simple beat. Realllly gotta do everything to accentuate the song. Vs when I write guitar I just have guitar driving the whole time.

You guys played a huge part of why I wanted to become a musician. My favourite song was the hell song, and in high school we tried to cover your song, but our drummer had an issue and we couldn't finish playing the song. But we tried. And it's actually a good thing he failed, because if I remember correctly, I could NOT play that solo properly.

i never liked that song either. never saw the video until now. fat lip was a better video imo. yeah, maybe what's my age again is probably the most well known example, but i'd say fat lip would be the actual quintessential pop punk video.
