You had mentioned here that the benefit of a false shoulder is that you are able to run a full charge. For fireforming the 7PRCP, would you still recommend running a reduced charge of like 53g of H4831SC?

I like that de-capping die you were using. Are those available for purchase?

For the 7PRCP, I have decided to use SAC 6.5 PRC dies. I have (2) of them. In the first die, I'm running a .281 mandrel with a .7mm 30 degree, 304 Neck shoulder bushing. I'll use that die to expand from 6.5 to 7.
This first die is based on the .0145" neck wall thickness of my virgin Lapua brass.

In the second die, I'm running a .304 mandrel and Short Action Customs is currently making me some custom 6.5 PRC 30 Caliber 30-degree Neck Shoulder Bushings. In the second die, I'll be using the .304 mandrel with a .326 Neck shoulder bushing. I'm assuming that after expanding from 6.5 to 7, my neck wall thickness will be reduced to around .014", and that is how I will be setting this die up. I got (5) .30 Cal 30-degree 6.5 PRC bushings ordered. I got .326, .327, .328, .329, and .330.

I'll be setting these (2) dies up to not bump the shoulder. The reason I decided to use these dies to expand is because I want to neck turn the virgin brass after I'm done expanding to .30 so I want there to be next to no neck / body runout. Plus, I get the benefit of fixing all those dinged necks before I neck turn and I'd like to neck turn in the virgin state.

My Nexus press just showed up this week, but I'm still waiting on the custom .30 Cal 30-degree neck shoulder bushings. I'll be setting up the 7mm expanding die today. 👍

Great scripture and explanation. Thank you for sharing it. And of course Jesus did reach in and pull Peter out when he panicked & sunk. 👍

Mr. Dykstra, thank you for the tutorial on false shoulders. I have a better understanding now.
Living by faith is contrary to EVERYTHING the world tells us. We are commanded to lay this burden at His throne.
Phil. 4:6-7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Brand new Namo Lapua brass 0.010" under saami shoulder! Ill take the ejector spring out. Seems like all options are bad. The Short Action Custom neck shoulder bushings are tapered, so how do I do a double neck

Thanks Greg! Good video! So I have been using this method for forming my 22bra from alpha 6bra brass. I usually use a pretty good amount of a false shoulder but no so much that I would gall my lungs. Usually it works great but sometimes I will get some that won't fire. I'm wondering if maybe it is because I don't take my ejector out? Can you confirm if that's what I'm seeing happen?

Hey brother, couple things maybe 3, I been part of the discipline do to fraud been out of program but back with the group next week. I keep wondering what's next you have covered brass so much the last 2 years what else can you teach us on the subject right? It's simply amazing to watch how far your teachings have come for myself the last 4 years like our Lord you just keep delivering outstanding. And rightly so great job. So your passage in this video is my favorite of many. Until this point, imagine the disciples watching Jesus perform an teach so many teachings of the discipline how when alone they must have talked to each other having questions. And in astonishment, seeing Jesus walking on the water then calming the Sea for them. It's the first time all together he worked another miracle just for them. Being all together at the same time, how I bet you could see the wheels turning. ✝️

So you don't bump the shoulder after the first firing?

I'd like to start off by saying that I am a fan of your content and take your advice with a fair amount of weight. However, my curiosity is killing me, and I am wondering if some of these cartridges are Ackley improved cartridges, or are they something new entirely? Perhaps if it isn't a huge pain, I'd love to see a video that covers these cartridges and their development.

I have so many questions on hand loading but I'm working on a gas gun and i know that's not your focus. Are there any other folks who might be able to help? Main thing I'm working on right now is that i can't get my once fired 6 arc hornady brass to fit with a .003 bump. It'll only close with a .008 bump

Can you do a very in depth video on stock adjustments (LOP / cheek height)? All of the LOP stuff seems to just be the old buttpad in the elbow trick. There has to be more to it than that. Wrist/elbow angle, neck angle, etc.

You have a gift for teaching. Thanks for walking in your calling. Your teaching on Peter keeping his gaze fixed (or not) on Jesus ministered to me.
