House of Marley Stir It Up Turntable Setup and Review - Is It Worth the Money?

I've tried one some time ago. It's not worth the money. Expensive electronic trash. Very poor, till to no quality.

Excellent presentation- 2 questions. What about the needle? And, I assume not Bluetooth compatible? Thanks for the review!

I'm a broke audiophile, so I'm pretty much only in the market for budget to mid level turntables 😂 I think I'll have to pass, there's better turntables for the money. Thanks for the honest review!!!

I saw that the belt was twisted upside down around the motor axis. Not good.
I've seen the Stir it up and am not eniterly certain that this is a sturdy player.
It does look good though.

I think the cartridge completely lets it down! Especially if it is what it looks like - a cheap AT3600 with a conical stylus on a carbon cantilever...
A cheap AT95 elliptical should make a huge difference already.

Apparently there is a LUX version of this TT with an AT95E but it's 400 euros, bonkers!

Hi, I have this Marley Turntable and a Marshall Stanmore II. Up to last week it was working perfectly fine with the RCA output on the turntable and the jack output on the speaker. Since I moved (and pack it all up nice and cosy in boxes of origin...) it does not work anymore.
I have tried everything, new "head" for the turtable, new RCA/Jack cable and even tried double RCA cables. Nothing seems to work. Is it possible that the RCA Output on the turntable is damaged? I do not undertand what is going on and it is slowly driving me nuts ... Can someone help please? Thank you :)

That counterweight thing should have been explained in the manual for those looking for a vinyl experience…

Is this Bluetooth and wireless compatible?

If anybody could give an advice on how to fix mine 😩I got one like 2y ago but little bit later it started acting funny by skipping the songs all the time 😪 Since merely a decorative piece in my living room, not able to fully enjoy my vinyl collection.

Hey man, someone linked me your video as a "fix" for the anti-skate issue.. specifically, he linked to the 3 minute mark where you talk about moving the counter-weight all the way on...

That's a bad idea.

What you're doing is setting the stylus weight to over 6grams. That's beyond the recommended range of 2.5 to 4.5g for the ATN3600L that comes with these TT's, and will lead to premature wear/damage to your records.

I get the best out of my Marley TT with the tracking force set to 3g (that would be all the way around back to 0 on the counter-weight once you've set it correctly to zero), and the anti-skate set to 0.5, although with some records I still have to take the anti-skate off completely to stop it skipping on inner tracks.

🤦🏼‍♀️ I was having the exact same problem with the jumping, went through everything over and over again, even got friends to check it over incase I had entirely lost my mind but then I found this video so thank you 🙏 no more jumping!!!..🥰

Hello, I’m looking for turntable. It’s my first time. Unfortunately in Turkey the prices are doubled. So I’m checking something around 200$. I don’t have any speaker etc. Should I choose Crosley C62C (325$) or this Marley stir it up with Marley - get together speakers (total price is 525$) ?As far as I understand the main difference is; C62 doesn’t have anti skating but it has dust cover. Marley (with speakers) is 200$ more expensive, it has anti skating but it has fabric cover. Did you like Marley’s fabric cover? Do you think that it is effective?

i have this’d turntable with bluetooth. no issues with skipping but pushing the counter weight all the ways down is a really bad idea. it can damage the record and. the needle
