You have to wonder why even recordings by the military are of such poor quality.

Some of these so called craft seem to be lights. We know earth lights exist, they are mysterious for sure, but well documented.

Could be static electricity caused by the interaction of the ship and the sea, These aircraft carriers are gigantic, powered by nuclear reactors; so you'd expect them to throw up some static anomalies.

Basically floating cities.

UFO's could travel at the speed of light which is 186,000 miles per second. Or the possibility of 500 times the speed of light. Advanced exotic technology which is not made by humans. Which means its something else.

I think in a word, they're "concerned" about the threat of nuclear destruction. And if we can allow ourselves to just think about what they may be thinking, it might be something along the lines of "you did not create this Planet...it DOES NOT belong to you. And we live here, too...you just dont know WHERE we live on Earth. So, we're worried about you destroying OUR planet".
