Why didnt they find out with forensics where the bullet came from

If i was on the jury i would simply need to now: Who both the bullets, who checked the bullets, who loaded the gun...If this was NOT Mr.Baldwin , he can go and the person(s) responsible for my 3 questions need to take his place...and we continue the trial...correct?

I don't understand why isnt the prop guy on trial and being charged isnt he the one that put a bullet in the prop?? Alec was just doing what he does. Again i ask why isnt the prop guy being charged???

Alec's lawyer is fantastic. Alec did nothing wrong, whatever you think about him, and it's sick to try and pin it on an innocent man.

Alex couldn’t look up when the prosecution where making their opening statement but as soon as his defence attorney started his whole demeanour changed.

Baldwin’s lawyer was winning so hard the judge had to keep interrupting him.

in this case, it is definitely a mistake by the person who was responsible for the props, and there is no doubt that the producer and actor Alex Baldwin was not involved and responsible for it. And why? As you can see, Alex Baldwin rehearsed every scene he is in, and this particular shooting scene Alex Baldwin rehearsed three times before the actual filming of shooting part took place. Had there been a plan and had the shot been intentionally aimed at the late Alyna Hatchinson, it would have only hit her, but as we all know, it hit her and director Joel Souza, clearly proving that Alex Baldwin has no idea that a prop gun contained a real bullet.... Alex Baldwin has nothing to do with this unfortunate loss and he is innocent and he can't be responsible for this accident just because he was not only the actor but also the producer of the movie, which most people use as an excuse to blame him. So if there's one person we need to blame and indict, it's the person responsible for the gun props. Done

Why didn't they tear through the garbage? Why did Baldwin act so aloof regarding the safety protocols? Saying he didn't want to insult anyone by checking the gun is no excuse when it comes to firearms and peoples lives.

I said what I said 12 hours ago, and Alec Baldwin was not responsible for this horrific accident that took the life of the late Halyna Hutchins and somehow his case was dismissed today. Just like when the late actor Brandon Lee lost his life the same way on March 31, 1993. But we cant just let this go. We need to find those responsible and not only prosecute them and make sure this never happens again, but we know it will.Also, I d give Alec Baldwin my honest advice to think about if this shooting scene was to be a Russian Rullet scene because I'm sure he would make sure the gun is loaded with dummies or real bullets before he puts it to his head and pull the trigger and not just point it at someone else and shoot .also he shouldn't say the gun just went off because it wouldn't, so basically ,we need to know we have a real gun in our hands and not a toy.

The fact that prosecutors are even pursuing this is absurd. What absolute clowns. Anyone that understands film production knows it is entirely up to the armorer on set to provide safe weapons to use for filming. It is their responsibility. This tragedy is entirely the fault of the armorer and no one else.

Everybody has their opinion about this case. First of all it's a tragedy.
Gutierrez was "totally inexperienced", while Helena (Heleena..) was a "rising star".
The prosecutor is very unprofessional and not likeable. Her opening quasi a summary of the case she "prepared". She found probable cause to get this to trial.
What jumped at me: 'Pieta' what a name for a gun manufacturer, the devil is a squirrel.

The prosecution also failed to disclose that they severely damaged or destroyed the gun when carrying out testing on the gun. They leave out of their address that in the script for the scene that led to the accident that the hammer of the gun was to be cocked but the trigger not pulled because the gun was not supposed to be fired in that scene.. A gun expert who had another gun of the same make and model claimed you could not pull back the hammer properly without pulling the trigger and also hit the hammer of the gun with an actual hammer to show how tough and durable that make and model gun was. To me that does not make that logical without further explanation, why have the hammer then?The gun may have been altered in a failed attempt to make it conform to the script and that was not investigated and could not be because the prosecution ruined the gun in testing that they did not disclose. Alec Baldwin maintains he never pulled the trigger but followed the script that amounts to a corroboration and waz he told that was supposed to be not possible. They never determined and gave up investigating how live ammunition got on the film location to begin with and then who put the live ammunition in the gun The person in charge of the making of the film is obviously the director but was never charged presumably because he was the other person who was shot but only wounded. The prosecution case is crazy and dishonest and they have obviously gone after Baldwin to promote their legal careers off his celebrity. They should be disbarred. Further the prosecution people that gave evidence were not smart enough to be lawyers and were also determined to go on with their case after it had fallen apart before trial and would not admit they made a mistake, a common flaw in prosecutors.

I'm not a fan or movie goer, so I don't have any personal feelings about this. But I do have a brain and common sense. This trial is absolutely ridiculous.

WHY are they charging Alec with this??? I'm stunned. With all the criminals causing great harm to our society, and our courts waste time attacking innocent citizens???

Whoever is behind this farce of justice should be ashamed. What a waste of time and the taxpayers' money - not to mention putting Alec through such stress. For what???

I just read some comments that alarmed me. Apparently some people can read Alec's mind - guilty as charged. Let's add more guilt to these charges! Are you serious? What is wrong with you guys? How would you feel if that was you on trial; and people where judging you on a whim?

Something is seriously wrong with our society. People are turning against each other for no reason. The Bible warns us, beware of this type of hostility. It will rebound, and leave us all without hope.

This trial is a farce. I pray people will open their eyes and turn their reasoning powers back on. God gave us the ability to reason - please use it.

This prosecutor is insane. This case should have never gone to trial. About the only person not guilty of a crime, negligence or any wrong doing is Alec Baldwin.

This case was about 5 women (judge, 2 prosecutor & 2 investigators) exposing New Mexico's incompetent judicial system. The New York attorneys brought their intelligence used it to annilate these women. Alex Spiro and Luke Nikas were phenomenal.

He is pro-Israel and anti-Palestinians, the managed to get him out of it obviously!
