Are the blue beings laughing/chuckling/giggling? If so or if anyone else has encountered the giggling blue beings from a higher dimension (not sure which) please let me know.

I'd like to volunteer personal experiences + research involving them but I think its best to have a little more confirmation that these are the friends I've encountered. I might even know where theyre from but they haven't volunteered that information themselves.
