I really think tiny homes are the way to go. Now if only cities and 5owns would sell all those nasty abandoned properties and make them residential and turn them into tiny home Commintires and gated as well with out an HOA. THAT WOULD SOLVE MANY PROBLEMS WITH RENTALS QND HOUSING , OWNING ONE AND SO ON,I FEEL AND BELIEVE IT WOULD THOSE WHO WORK IN THE CITY AREA WITH COMMUNTING SAVE SOME MONEY AND IT WOULD HELP WITH THE HOUSING CRISIS, KEEP THEM UNDER 50,000 A PIECE. SO REAL HARD WORKING AND OR DISABLED PEOPLE CAN AFFORD TO LIVE. ITS RIDICULOUS THE RENTS NOW. if your credit sucks you cant own a home but blow thousands of dollars renting one or an apartment. ITS crazy. Any way your home is so cozy. Nice spot to, you can stop out side on your deck enjoy the morning, sunrises sunsets enjoy the evening. It's all quiet except for nature and those soothing noises it makes. Love those crickets and frogs that make that chirping noise at night. Such a wonderful sound to fall asleep to. Enjoy, stay safe stay healthy. Make lots of memories to with family and friends.

You could move the laundry/ washing machine to the storeroom out the front, that way you have more space inside and you won’t get the movement. Glad to see you enjoy your home. Also love lots of glass

This is really nice/sweet/cute. I like the beat up painted wood sections. The only thing I do not like (as in "gag spew OMG no!") is the "paneling" on the walls. But ... I live in a 1960s singlewide & I painted the living crap out of that "paneling" the minute I moved in so ...

Lovely home, but as a tall person, the ceiling height would be a problem

I live in 1500 sq ft double wide mobile home and my whole house ratttles when I’m washing my clothes.

When you stop the video 2 minutes in cause you can tell it’s edited badly and that you’ll have to jump around to finish the tour.

Incredibly fortunate to purchase this home from a friend. My heart skipped a beat when I heard "South Kansas City"!!! OMG!!! I have been unable to find anywhere to locate a tiny house in the KC area due to zoning laws, etc. This home is sitting on land, not in a tiny house community, which is my hearts desire. I am ready to purchase a tiny or park model home but can not do so until I find a spot to park it. I do NOT want to live in a tiny home community. YOU LUCKY, LUCKY GIRL!!!! I would love to hear some particulars about how you've been able to get around the zoning laws in the KC area as I am extremely interested in doing just that. THANK YOU for sharing the tour of your home!

You have some great features! The only thing I would change, is have a lower kitchen window, & put some cabinets up for pantry staples.

Very Nice!! I just love all that dark wood & the Tub is amazing!! It’s so warm & cozy with your pretty colorful dishes. I love how you removed the dishwasher for a Turntable!! Lol you’re too young to be a hippie but I swear you could pass for one! ( that was meant as a Compliment) Enjoyed the Tour! Hope you like it for a long time!!✌️

Too much stuff clutter. Messy and not organized.

There are leveling feet that can be adjusted. To stop the rattel of the washer/ dryer combo.
Everyone I know that has that all in one models aren't happy with them. It's so annoying. I want one to save space.
