I have Canadian Solo Pilot License with both VFR and IFR training. Can I do a Recreation flight in Pakistan? rent a plane or something?

Bro 95000 pkr per hr, and I taught my school was expensive, damn son. Here it is about $460 cad wet and with instructor. So it works to about 50,000 - 60,000 pkr per hour and less for solo practice and the aircraft is a Piper PA-34.
