No reason to dump the v3.5 yet. The X is pretty disappointing imo.

I have the original Aomway Commanders and recently added the Skyzone module bay. I got it for $9.99 from RDQ! For that price you can't beat it!
I know eventually some company will come out with a competitor to the DJI digital FPV system, or gen. 2 will come out that will actually fit people's face! Lol So, when picking a module, cheap but good was a priority, because I feel analog's days are numbered. I sold cell phones when they first came out and for years afterwards. They started in analog too! When digital cell phones came out, by gen. 3,analog was completely dead. DO NOT try to tell me analog won't die! It will. Period! Once digital comes down in price and choices are all digital, analog dies. Believe it, because a day will come when it will happen and it will be very soon. So, I don't want to spend much on analog, because it'll be gone in no time.
I contacted Furious support and asked the difference between their modules. They said X did some of the same magic Rapidfire does, but I didn't want to spend that much and you have to modify even Fatshark to use it, and I wouldn't know where to start to do it to Aomway's! Same with Furiuos 4.0. So, those were out! But the big reason those were out is because Furious told me that Lite is the same as 4.0, but without the trackball, which I don't like in the first place. The 3 buttons on Lite are so easy and concise! Lite doesn't have the OSD in the goggles like 4.0, but that didn't mean much to me because I fly on the same channel all the time. Lite also doesn't have the Lap timer, which if you've seen work, isn't much! Didn't care about that!
So, because Lite was only $39.99 on sale (reg. 49.99), I got it, flashed to 3.9 firmware and HAVE LOVED IT EVER SINCE! 💜😎🤘
I don't fly in bandos, but after looking at your video, it's good to know I could! Lite could go anywhere it seems. I fly through the trees at parks that are loaded with them. Weaving through the trees, choosing a different route every time is a blast and Furious FPV Lite performs near flawlessly! I'm telling you barely even a tiny bit of flicker of fuzz! Even when I do get flickers, it lasts a milliseconds and is gone! 😎 🤘
FURIOUS FPV Lite is THE BEST VALUE for the performance and features ON THE MARKET! So good it's amazing! 👍
Sure, Rapidfire is better, but it's CERTAINLY NOT WORTH the difference in price... Over 3 times more $$$!!! $100 !
Yours is a great review! So well done! But, I didn't have yours, so I used Gal Kremer's and Curry kitten's reviews....there's several. Especially the one done in the parking garage. After watching that slowed down to half speed, over and over, it was OBVIOUS it isn't worth even close to the difference in price to buy Rapidfire! Sure, it's better, but barely! Outside videos flying all over showed that too! If Rapidfire is a 10, out of 1 to 10, then Furious Lite is a solid 9...many would probably say a 9.5! Barely a flicker of difference in the parking garage! Certainly nothing that would make it un-flyable, because there's barely any difference at all between Rapidfire ($149.99) and Furious Lite (reg. price $49.99). One third the price! It obviously competes well in your tests! I suggest guys check out all the tests those two reviewers I mentioned above did. Plus, this great test you did! You'll see why I chose Lite. It competes like a solid 9, and if you still want to buy Rapidfire, well, it is better, but if you want to buy it, go to your $$$ tree in your yard, because if you think it's worth 3 times the price, you must be picking dollars off your tree! No way the tiny, itsy, bitsy difference is worth triple the bucks for us that earn their money the hard way! Lol 😂 😉

i still dont know which one to get which one could fly long range and through trees and around buildings i have crossfire setup

The good new is overall they all seem about equal so if you have an older model they seem to work adequately... Not sure but I think the TrueD X should have done better than it did... I wouldn't write it off as of this test...

Well this is the first test, to test all true d modules. And the layout for the mapping on where you will fly is intense...and by adding that music? Its all out ripping freestyle song hahhaa!

U have a 5.8 ghz lumeniere on a drone u found but has the foxeer camers in it not sure to buy 5.8 ghz true-d oe 2.4 ghz? Errrr i justcwanna flu
