I’m from Williamsburg and the rent, cost of living and everything else is so expensive. It’s a great neighborhood and it has great people ! But too expensive, the city has to put a hold on rent ! And Gentrification did change Williamsburg a lot, in a Good, safe and economical way but due to that the rent has skyrocketed and has screwed a lot of families and businesses owners.

I would never wait in that line - that coffee shop must be phenomenal. Someone even brought flowers!
